08/01/2021 Circular for opening Std. 10 and 12 schools

The schools of Std. 10 to 12 including Std. 9 and Std. 11 were closed today due to the Corona epidemic. The official circular of the Government of Gujarat has decided to reopen the schools on 11 January 2021by education department of gujarat.

The unit test is conducted by the Gujarat government when the primary school children are unable to come to school due to the epidemic of corona. The unit test is taken as part of every month. You will find all the information on the date of the unit test to be given to the students within this circular.

According to the above subject and context, for the purpose of assessment along with homling during COVID-19 period, periodic assessment test of Gujarati (first language) and mathematics subject was held for the students of Std. 6 to 8 in every medium in primary schools in the month of December. Regarding the test to be taken as per the routine in January 2021, it is requested to take further action from your level keeping in view the following matters. In the month of January, tests will be held on environment in Std. 6 to 8 and social sciences and science subjects in Std. 6 to 8. The above periodic evaluation tests To be held during 28/01/2021 and 29/01/2021. Tests should reach the students in hardcopy or softcopy by 3/01/2021. Tests of all mediums will be made available on GCERT.
